Clear View Academy is the Early Education facility that opened in October 2018 and we are always looking for Early Childhood Educators to work as part of our team, either casually, full time or part time.
We provide high quality education and care for children from birth to 6 years of age.
Our facility creates an educational environment where children are fully supported through their early learning journey.
Clear View Academy welcomes applicants with outstanding pedagogical practice whose values and beliefs align with a Play Based Curriculum which focuses on promoting play theory, natural play elements and an Emergent style approach.
Suitable applicants must:
- Hold a Food and menu planing certificate, Certificate III, Diploma or ECT qualification
- Have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Have the ability to warmly and professionally communicate with young children and their families and build good working partnerships
- Are able to demonstrate good social and emotional intelligence
- Have a strong commitment to professionalism and pedagogical practice
- Have a strong working knowledge of the Early Years Framework, the National Regulations and the National Quality Framework
- Hold a current Working withe Children’s Check
- Hold relevant First Aid Certificate
